Protocol for Handling Concerns or Complaints

Please contact us at the above contact numbers if you have any concerns regarding the EQA Designation, brand usage or the administrative processes associated with the EQA Designation.

In instances of an individual contacting the EQA office to make a complaint about an EQA-designated institution, EQA staff will refer the individual to the appropriate quality assurance body for appropriate action. EQA staff will wait for the appropriate body to complete an investigation on the complaint and once the investigation is complete, determine whether the outcome of the investigation results in the institution no longer being eligible for EQA Designation.
